The Jonesborough Farmer’s Market Vendor Meeting will be held March 11 at 7pm at the Visitor’s Center to answer new vendor questions, and to discuss the new season among returning members. The meeting starts with a potluck dinner.

The online market is closed but will reopen soon with some early spring items. Be sure to create your free customer account and you’ll be notified as soon as the online market reopens (planned for late March). Saturday market will open May 15. Thank you for supporting locally grown!

Downtime Notice

Locallygrown.net will be down for system improvements starting at 9pm Eastern on Thursday, March 18th.
Total downtime should be under a half hour, but may last as long as two hours.

Welcome!

The Jonesborough Farmers Market is a community run, volunteer organized market for the direct sale of farm raised produce and homemade products. We are dedicated to supporting our local farmers and artisans, building our community, and increasing access to and awareness of fresh, healthy, locally grown food. We are a producer only market. This year we offer you two ways to buy the freshest local produce and food through our Saturday market and our online market.

Saturday Morning Market

Saturday Mornings, 2010 season dates: May 15-October 30
8am-noon
New Location! Just off Main Street East Side of (old)Washington County Courthouse

In addition to fresh locally grown vegetables, meats, cheeses and baked goods, the Saturday market features live music (starting at 9am), a café area and garden/heritage related crafts.

The Jonesborough Farmers Market is a member of the Appalachian Farmer’s Market Association, supporting farmers who sell directly at farmer’s markets in the region. See:http://appfma.org/

Online Market

Will reopen in the Spring! From Sunday-Tuesday each week, customers can place orders on “the Market” page of this website for delivery to the Jonesborough Visitors Center on Wednesdays from 5:15-5:45pm. To order, create your free customer account, click on “the Market” and start shopping!
