We are a small family-run goat dairy, licensed through the Dept. of Agriculture. We manufacture goat cheese in a variety of styles and flavors. Some of the most popular soft cheeses are: chives, garlic/black pepper, and Sacred basil, as well as raspberry and apricot. We sell our cheeses through a few local stores, to a number of high-end restaurants, at the Jonesborough Farmer’s Market, and at the farm. We also raise a variety of all-naturally grown produce and heirloom seeds which are sold at the farmer’s market as available. We hope to be at the farmer’s market every week of the season.
