Black Dog BBQ is now CURED Fine Meats! CURED is a small family run catering business in Tennessee’s oldest town, Jonesborough. Breelyn and Alex Bomba grew up in the tri-cities and after working in the hospitality industry around the country, they moved back to the area in 2009. Since then, they have proudly run Main Street Catering planning and executing hundreds of events.

CURED represents a passion for the food that Breelyn and Alex (and the rest of us) grew up on; terrifically simple, made from scratch comfort food. Bacon is cured in house and smoked right here at our Jonesborough Catering Kitchen!
