whole wheat pancakes

I tried this recipe i found it in mother earth news it is the best one i found yet. The kids ate wheat waffles and never knew it

Serves: makes 14 pancakes

Ingredients

2 c pancake mix

1 c milk

1 egg

Step by Step Instructions

stir ingrederents, pour stightly less than 1/4 cupful onto hot griddle. cook until edges are dry, turn cook until golden.
