Ingredients

Hot peppers. Alex used Chilaca

Sweet peppers: Alex used New Mexican Heritage 64 and Corbaci
to taste
cayenne pepper
to taste
salt and pepper
to taste
cilantro, parsley, scallions
Step by Step Instructions
- Slice tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, and onion.
- Blend in blender (for smoother texture) or food processor (for chunkier texture).
- Add and adjust seasonings to taste. You can eat right away, but for best flavors refrigerate and make up to one day ahead of time.
