We built our own TDA inspected Market on our farm in 2009. All of our pork is USDA inspected. We do all of our processing in our market so you can be assured of the highest quality of products we can offer. Our hogs are raised outside in the fresh air and sunshine. No antibiotics or hormones ever . we never use MSG or preservatives . All of our products are hand made by us on our farm . Do you know your butcher personally ? It makes a big difference when you do.If you are in need of a special order like maybe 6 foot kielbasa or 60 Italian links for a family cook out we can and have done this. Since we do our own processing our Motto is We can tell you what’s in our sausage but most important we can tell you what’s not. We take pride in our products only one at a time never mass produced.
