The online market is our off-season ordering system, open for weekly ordering from November to April.
From May-October, please visit our growers every week at the Saturday market!

Placing your first order? Please read carefully:

• Customers can place orders each week from Sunday afternoon to Tuesday at noon.
• Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout when ready. Be sure to follow thru until you are prompted to click “place this order.”
• You must receive a confirmation email (Subject line is Jbo Farmers Market Order Processed) for us to receive your order. Please make sure you have gotten this.
• Orders are paid for at pick-up, which is at the entrance to the Jonesborough Visitors Center on Wednesdays from 5:30-5:45pm. You may pay with cash, check (payable to JFM Online), Visa, Mastercard, or EBT.
• Please bring your own bag, basket, or box to pick up your produce, and be sure to remember the pick up or arrange for a friend to get it for you if something comes up! You are responsible for paying for your order, and we regret that it is not possible for us to hold items beyond the pick-up time.

EBT BONUS! Orders paid for with EBT cards are eligible for our $10 bonus. Orders up to $20 are discounted 50%, orders greater than $20 get $10 off.

The varieties are from 15 countries and New Mexico that we usually sell at Market on Saturdays. They are pure ground chile powder, nothing else added to them. We feature 3 heat levels, (mild, medium, hot) in both red and green chiles as well as smokey versions of each. We recommend that you consider the hotter levels for your cuisine since you will use less than with a milder level, the cost of each packet is the same. We have posted numerous recipes on both the Jonesborough Market site as well as on our website, chaposchiles.com. While most of these recipes were developed with fresh, whole chiles in mind, you can experiment with these powders based on your tastes and piquancy levels. We are planning to expand next season's chile plantings with greater quantities and varieties after our annual research fall trip to Arizona and Mew Mexico.

Our chipotle chiles are the newest product we have here at Chapo's Chiles. These are jalapenos smoked over hickory, maple or mesquite hardwood for hours. Our chile pods are sold to you dried and can either be reconstituted before cooking or simply added as one would do with bay leaf. Due to the moisture content of chiles, it takes about 1 lb. of fresh chile to make 1 oz. of these dried pods. They will store for a long time if kept cool and dry as with any other spice.
